Convicted killer facing Texas execution appeals to US Supreme Court seeking stay
In Texas 1996 38 year old Vicki Garner mentally disabled, was murdered and home was lit on fire. The convicted man is Ladd, is a 57 year old man. His attorney says that he is ineligible for the death penalty because he is mentally disabled. He is currently on parole pleading guilty. I believe he should be punished but i do not agree with the death penalty.

He's clearly not that mentally disabled is he was able to kill another man and set his house on fire! People find any excuse to try to get away with things. It's sickening
ReplyDeleteEvery killer uses the excuse "mentally unstable" for what they have done. Its just something that their lawyers will use and say in order to keep their client from going to jail or get whatever other punishment that they deserv.
