In Texas 1996 38 year old Vicki Garner mentally disabled, was murdered and home was lit on fire. The convicted man is Ladd, is a 57 year old man. His attorney says that he is ineligible for the death penalty because he is mentally disabled. He is currently on parole pleading guilty. I believe he should be punished but i do not agree with the death penalty.

Final Exam - Post Bundle

Part 1

The Candidate i followed up on was Mary Landrie. Mary Landrie started the of the mid term elections slow. It was hard because she seriously had to defy the anti democratic trend again. Previously Mary had won to hard elections. However she had lost a lot of ground between 2002 - 2008 from white voters, during the Louisiana electron she had tremendous support from the African american supports. Mary Landrieu was getting her way to the top until she screwed up big time and she lost a big amount of supporters. Mary Landrieu used her money to campaign to pay for private airfare flights. Defiantly will lose trust from voters. She admits she is at fault. I think she lost major trust from me and her supporters. And I lost trust as well with voters. How can you trust someone who uses money wrongfully.

Part 2

What is the main focus on the death of Michael Brown, or is the focus on a white officer killing a black teenager. We forget the man who lost his life and the officer who took his life, we forget the tragedy that has happened for both men and both there families. We are arguing over a issue that shouldn't be alive with us today. This is turning into such a racial thing and i think that is wrong. All we can do now is keep the families in our prayers an hope everything turns out to be okay. I believe this case has been carried on through riots because of racism.

The one untold group i learned about were the Oath Keepers. A small group, or a "band of brothers" unite to protect against the riots in mission from the outbreak after the court decision. They call them selves the oath keepers, here to stand up and fight when others run away. During an interview on fox news between the news cast and the oath keepers they were asked why do you do it when you know its illegal, and will you stop? They responded with saying to see the smiles on the faces of those we protect and the buildings standing where we stand means it all, and we wont stop at nothing to keep protecting, its what we do. I believe if others are getting away with rioting then they should get away with protecting. I think they are true heros fighting for something they know they will get in trouble for.

White House condemns Paris attack as 'act of terrorism'

Terrible act in France, 2 gun men kill 12 victims from a  newspaper company. White house declares this as a act of terrorist, however France President believes it is just a terrible act violence. In the 35 minutes  between Earnest’s appearance on CNN and Fox that assured him it was a responsible course to call this a terrorist attack? Of course not. From not immediately calling this a act of terrorist some say that The U.S. is displaying cowardice. Some say we are scared and don't want to offend them with the word "terrorism". We are now worried on defending our enemies. This was a horrible attack on brave journalist.

Recent new the man who video taped the precious attacks is in fear and regrets taking the videos. He says he never wanted them to be viewed from such a great number of people. He put the video on Facebook 15 minutes before he took it down, but it was too late. A hour later it was streaming the news. He says "On Facebook, there's no confidentiality," he said. "It's a lesson for me."I would feel safe traveling because i wouldn't go to that area. However danger can strike anywhere.

Niagara Catholic High School Closes due to Illness!

First time in Niagara Catholic history school closes due to illness. Thought this tough winter many students, faculty and staff actually more than 50% went home and were absent during school because of illness. Many people began getting the flu in the small school so our only option is to close school and to sanitize the whole building. The school was stunned clean from lockers to doors to floors sanitized was the goal. I believe the shutdown of school to regroup and sanitize was necessary.

Arrested for Video Games!

Police In Britain have arrested an 18 year old man accused of hacking offenses of play station and Xbox's networks.  The criminal was also arrested for giving false information known as "swatting". The criminal who is remained unknown tried to disrupt the networks of the consoles on Christmas morning and succeeded. I was not able to use play station on Christmas because of the hack in Britain, as well as millions of other people. What convinced him to do this beats me?
